Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value each of our clients and are committed to delivering high-quality publishing and marketing services. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy below. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Commitment and Resource Allocation
  • Once a client approves a project, our team begins allocating resources immediately, including project managers, editors, designers, and marketing staff.
  • Because these resources are dedicated to your project, fees paid are considered nonrefundable once work has commenced.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If no work has been initiated or allocated to your project.
  • Company Error: If a technical or administrative error prevents us from fulfilling agreed services.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Client changing their mind after approving the project.
  • Client choosing not to proceed after resources, time, or services have already been allocated or delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside the agreed scope of work.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 45–60 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued only via the original method of payment.
  • Any transaction or merchant processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our billing department to resolve the issue.
  • In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing services and pursue collection of the outstanding balance.
  • Supporting documentation, including project approvals and progress reports, will be provided to the payment processor to validate charges.
5. Project Cancellations
  • Clients may request cancellation of services; however, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for services already initiated or completed.
  • In the event of cancellation, any partially completed work may be delivered to the client “as is” at the company’s discretion.
6. Acknowledgment

By making payment and engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
